Each product we produce has a unique batch code which is a subtle nod to elements of the Gorbals we are proud of, both past and present.

The oldest bridge across the Clyde was built to bring the Gorbals and Glasgow together — for work and play. Made from stone in 1345, the Bishop’s Bridge carried the city on its back for five centuries. Time changes everything, and stone by stone the bridge was renewed and strengthened as Glasgow flourished. In 1851 it was replaced entirely, but like the Gorbals itself, when the 500-year-old foundations were revealed they hadn’t changed.

That same bridge still stands today, overlooked but never under-appreciated, and always there when you need it — just like a Good Rum.
